Q. Do you install?
A. Yes we do. Part of our service is providing professional, convenient installation.
Q. How long does it take from the time I order?
A. The time of the order does vary depending on the product(s) ordered.
Q. Should I come into your showroom or book a consultation?
A. Whatever is convenient for you. Everyone is welcome to visit the showroom to see a variety of displays and discuss options. A consultation is also a great idea.
Q. What do you do at a consultation and how long do they take?
A. A consultation is an onsite visit, where we can bring the samples to you. We look at the layout of your room, assist with colour selections and discuss features you may want. We will then measure your space. A consultation takes about one hour.
Q. Will you come out and measure?
A. Yes, We recommend that the Total Interiors team comes out to measure your room. This will help with determining the direction the flooring should be laid.
For Kitchens: By visiting your home, our design team will also get a better feel for your space and living requirements helping to create the most beautiful kitchen for you and your family.
For Window Coverings: We recommend that we come measure each window, as even in new construction the windows may not all be the same. A site visit allows us to see if there are any obstacles that need to be considered on windows too, like handles, and locks.
Q. How do I clean my flooring?
A. Each type of flooring requires specific care. Total Interiors has a variety of cleaning products in store, that will suit your needs and allow you to maintain your new flooring for years to come.
